LiuGong has a dedicated team of Service and Warranty specialists available to assist our dealers with service and/or warranty issues. This could be something as simple as a telephone call or a visit to the customer's facility to analyze the situation locally. Furthermore, continuous quality monitoring of the LiuGong products is in place to maximize equipment operating hours.

The LiuGong organization advises and supports you in establishing regular maintenance schedules, effective repair procedures, services and maintenance contracts. In addition, LiuGong provides training of service engineers and operators, as well as emergency parts stocks to minimize machine downtime.
