LiuGong North America supports all products with a “wherever, whenever” approach to parts, service and support. Every LiuGong machine is supported by a full stock of service-related parts at our Katy, TX and Mexico City distribution centers, with an electronic parts catalog for dealers.
We have presence in over 100 countries in the world that are supported by local dealers and nine global parts depots. No matter where you are in the world, if you can get your LiuGong machine there, then we can get the needed parts, service and support there.

LiuGong has designed an exclusive warranty program for all full-size construction equipment and extensive line of forklifts, called XtraCare.
Our XtraCare Warranty (and XtraCare+ for wheel loaders) provides peace of mind in case something unexpected happens. Our highly trained dealer technicians help keep your equipment up and running, ensures less downtime and helps operators be more productive.

3 year/4000 hour full machine warranty included in every LiuGong North America machine sale.
3 year/6000 hour full machine warranty included in every LiuGong Forklift machine sale.
XtraCare+ Warranty
3 year/4000 hour full machine warranty plus 5 year/7000 hours Power train & hydraulics. Coverage for LiuGong machinery 9 tons and up (excluding compact equipment and mini excavators).
XtraCare and XtraCare+ assures you will receive LiuGong genuine replacement parts and service coverage by any authorized LiuGong dealer. LiuGong North America fully supports it.
XtraCare and XtraCare+ warranty coverage is transferable with your equipment, adding value to resell or equipment trade.
